Hi Coolperson,
Here, for the first time is the most sensible and rational information you are going to recieve.
The world is not going to end in 2012 or any time soon thereafter. I understand that the world is experiencing some catastrophic events of late, but these are cyclical and are in keeping with the natural behaviour of the planet.
Earthquakes happen as do Tsunamis and
hurricanes and
volcanoes erupting and any other natural
disaster that you may think of. As tragic as the events in Japan are it must be recognised that Japan lies along the fault lines and so the liklihood of being hit by an
earthquake is heightened, equally, Japan is surrounded by ocean and when an
earthquake starts in the ocean the effects of such a thing usually results in a
Tsunami which as we know is one of the most destructive natural forces and cannot be controlled.
Here in the UK we have a very temperate climate and are not affected by such extremes of weather which might bring about a natural
disaster and so we can only look on in horror at the tragedy in Japan and be thankful that our small island isn't generally subject to such things. The events relating to
2012 are regarding the
Mayan prophecies where they suggest that
2012 determines
the end of days, what this really means is
the end of the
Mayan calendar in an astrological sense and has no true meaning towards worldly events.
Hope this makes sense and eases your fears.
Mr Darwin.
